HARTLIP W.I.
A brisk trade was done at the May meeting, when a produce stall was held for our 'Good Turn' of the year - this time for Toc H. It was an altogether busy afternoon and Mrs. Ferrett ably chaired the resolutions discussed for the Albert Hall meeting in June when Mrs. Douglass will be our delegate.
Mrs. Madshall made and distributed birthday sprays and Mrs. Rowland won the flower of the month competition. Tea was provided by Mrs. Juniper and her helpers and was, as usual, excellent.
There are still a few vacancies on the coach for the trip to Kew on Wednesday, June 22nd. Non-members are welcome and anyone interested should please contact Mrs. Ingle at 842663; or Mrs. Allen at 842461.
