Village Hall Committee - The Fete

The combination of a fine 4th of July, many willing helpers, enthusiastic visitors and liberal customers for the stalls and sideshows made this year's Fete, which was opened by Mrs. Green, a memorable one. Miss Hartlip Fete, Anita Davies, and her Maid of Honour, Brenda Chismon, carried out their duties with efficiency and charm.

The Village Hall Committee would like to express their thanks to everyone who helped in any way towards the success of the day, which raised approximately £150 a record amount.

The Hall Committee next meet on 3rd September, at 8 p.m.
