Fresh Haddock or cod: paprica: sliced onion (not much): tin of concentrated mushroom soup.
Cut fish into portions and put in open dish, cover lightly with paprica and sprinkle with sliced onion. Put a dab of butter on each. Bake in moderate oven 35-40 minutes. Put mushroom soup in pan and heat slowly, add a little sherry, if desired. Pour over fish a few minutes before serving.
