The Churchyard Fund
The house to house collection will be made during the next few weeks. The income from this and a few donations from non-resident relatives of people buried in the churchyard are our only means of continuing the high standard of care, which we have been proud to maintain. Please help by being as generous as you can.

(Treasurer).
The Covenant Service - an Anglican's impression
Discussions between Anglicans and Methodists have revealed to a great many of us the annual Covenant Service of the Methodist Church. Here in Hartlip, on 10th January members of the Parish Church were privileged to attend this service in the Methodist chapel. The simple, direct language of the actual covenant, its clear expression of the relationship between God and each one of us, the specific opportunity, as a corporate body, of saying "thank you" to God for the past year are all features of this service which cannot but appeal to all sincere Anglicans. A service of this nature is surely something which must be considered in any united church.

THE CHURCH PRIMARY SCHOOL - a Rosette
Meeting on 4th November, the Managers and Trustees officially received the Report on the School by Her Majesty's Inspectors - the result of their visit in 1964. Though the Report is confidential the Managers and Trustees, felt that it should be generally known and placed publicly on record that the Report is an extremely good one. The previous Inspection was in 1956.
