Simple searchhelp

Each photo held in the archive has a few lines of description associated with it. The search matches the words typed into the box below against these descriptions and returns the result of the search at the bottom of the page when "search album" button is clicked.

In the simple search each caption will contain one (or more) of the words typed into the box. If words are enclosed in double quotation marks (e.g."post office") the caption must contain the phrase as typed, and not the single words.

Note: For many photos the exact year in which they were taken is not known.
