The Parish Magazine for December 1937 listed the burial of Thomas Gerald Denson, aged 61, on November 11th. It also contained an obituary.
An earlier Parish Magazine in October the Vicar reported that Mr. Denson was very ill and this accounted for the "the absence of bell ringing at our festivals.".
The Burial Book shows that Grace Denson was 79 years old at her time of death and was living in Ridgeway House, in the Street.
