Youth Club
Once again we find ourselves in the sad position of offering condolences to the families of teenagers killed by road accidents in the Village. John Cork and Stephen McHaffey, although not members themselves, had a number of friends in the Club who will miss them.
Aware of the opportunities available the Committee are studying ways of training members through the R.A.C./A.C.U. and Cycling Proficiency Schemes, and would like to have parents' comments on this idea.
The Club is closed throughout August and the winter programme of films, dances, parties and visits' to other clubs commences on September 2nd:
We would still like to receive suggestions for a memorial to David
